Delivery and Returns


Solen Energy operates three delivery services, they are as follows.

Pallet Network

Cut-Off for pallet network orders is 12 midday Mon – Thursday and 11am Friday.
Subject to daily warehouse picking capacity.
When placing orders online please provide the following information.

  • Full Delivery Address including postcode
  • A Contact name
  • A Contact number for the person on site
  • Any additional note to help with our delivery service

    • DPD Parcel Service

    Cut-Off for sub 30kgs DPD next day orders is 2:30pm Mon – Thursday and 1:30pm Friday.
    Subject to daily warehouse picking capacity.
    When placing orders online please provide the following information.

  • Full Delivery Address including postcode
  • A Contact name
  • A Contact number for the person on site
  • Any additional note to help with our delivery service

    • Local Van Delivery Service

    Local deliveries covering the Merseyside area can be arranged with your account manager or over the trade counter, this is a free service for orders over £50

    This service operates Monday - Thursday 5pm and Friday 4pm .When placing local delivery orders please provide the following information.

  • Full Delivery Address including postcode
  • A Contact name
  • A Contact number for the person on site
  • Any additional note to help with our delivery service
