Solen Energy operates three delivery services, which are as follows.

Pallet Network Deliveries

Order Cut-Off Times:

• Monday to Thursday: 12:00 midday
• Friday: 11:00 am
• Note: Orders are subject to daily warehouse picking capacity.

When placing pallet network orders online, please provide:

• Full delivery address including postcode
• Contact name
• Contact number for the person on site
• Any additional notes to assist with delivery

DPD Parcel Service (Sub 30kg Deliveries)

Order Cut-Off Times:

• Monday to Thursday: 2:30 pm
• FFriday: 1:30 pm
• Note: Orders are subject to daily warehouse picking capacity.

When placing DPD parcel orders online, please provide:

• Full delivery address including postcode
• Contact name
• Contact number for the person on site
• Any additional notes to assist with delivery

Local Van Delivery Service

Coverage:

• Deliveries within the Merseyside area

How to Arrange:

• Available to select during checkout if your address is eligible,
• or arranged directly with your account manager

Operating Times:

• Monday to Thursday: Until 5:00 pm
• Friday: Until 4:00 pm

Dedicated Delivery Service (UK & Ireland)

Service Range:

• From 7.5-tonne vehicles to full articulated lorries with Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) offload capability

Coverage:

• Anywhere in the UK or Ireland

How to Arrange:

• Booked via your account manager for tailored delivery requirements
